Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer several shipping rate options (see below) so fill up that shopping bag! Keep in mind that your shipping is calculated off of your discounted subtotal (total AFTER sale items have been reduced and coupon codes have been applied!) and does not include tax.

*Standard Shipping is available to all 50 states within the US including PO Boxes as well as APOs/FPOs and US territories.

**For 2 Day Shipping and Next Day Shipping: Orders must be placed by 1PM EST to be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM EST will not ship until the next business day. Please note that estimated delivery times are based on business days which are considered Monday-Friday and do not include holidays.

**2 Day Shipping and Next Day Shipping options are currently available to all 50 US States.

**2 Day Shipping and Next Day Shipping are currently not available to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and US territories.

Domestic Processing Times

Standard Orders

For standard shipping: Once your order is successfully submitted, we work hard to get your order packed and ready to ship to you within 2 business days. Then, our favorite mail carriers do their thing and it should be in your hands in 3 to 5 additional business days!

For 2 Day Shipping and Next Day Shipping: If you order is successfully submitted before 1 PM EST on business days (Monday-Friday), we work hard to get your order packed and shipped out to you that day! Then, our favorite mail carriers do their thing and it should be in your hands in 1 to 2 additional business days depending on the expedited option that you choose!

We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events, peak shopping days, and holidays. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact us for help in choosing the best shipping method to receive it on time! We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

 

Returns & Exchanges

At Mountain Peaks Boutique, our biggest goal is to well serve our fabulously loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!

Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:

  • Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.

  • All returns must be received within 30 days* of the date that we ship out your order.

  • Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

  • Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.

  • Include your return form and original receipt. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)

  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.

  • Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.

*Please allow 5-10 days for package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 30 day window.

*Please note that our return policy applies to both domestic and international orders.

Exchanges

We are now offering exchanges for the SAME item but in a different SIZE! If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please indicate that on the back of the return form. An exchange order for the new size will be processed and shipped out to you within 5-7 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address on the original order. Please note that the exchange is subject to availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when we receive your return, we will process the return as a gift card code. Personalized items are not eligible for exchange.

We know that ordering things online can be a gamble since you can’t touch the items or try anything on, and because of that we try our best to be very return-friendly. However, as in life, there are certain rules that must be followed so that we can help you out!

Hassle-Free Returns

We’ve worked really hard to try and make the returns process as simple as we can to keep you from pulling your hair out. (Trust us, we’ve been there!) We’ve spelled out the process below so that you’ll know just what to expect.

All we need you to do is fill out the return form included with your order and slip it into the package with your original receipt and the item you are returning. We’ll take it from there! Don’t forget that your original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Once our favorite postman drops your return off at our warehouse, The Mountain Girls will unpack it and put all of your information into the system as quickly as they can! Even though they’re the fastest returns gals we’ve ever seen, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your gift card to be issued via email. The automated email will be sent to the email address used to place the order – we cannot change this! (We promise, we have tried!)
